The Monolith ICON - perfect for the balcony, terrace or to take away. The new ICON monolithic ceramic grill model is a more compact version of the classic Junior. It is slightly lower than the Junior, weighs 35 kg and is perfect for the balcony, terrace or to take away. The all-round talent can do everything that its big siblings Monolith Classic, Monolith Junior and Monolith LeChef can: grill, smoke, bake, cook, simmer and dehydrate. There is also the option of grilling indirectly with the ICON - with a deflector stone, so larger pieces of meat can also be cooked at low temperatures over a longer period of time. The special thing about the small all-rounder: The lid can be removed and you can then use the ICON as a table grill or with a steel fire plate. A drip tray can be attached to the fire plate for grease and burnt food. It can be used like a kind of plancha or teppan grill, with different temperature zones. Where the plate is directly above the embers, the heat is very strong, a little lower on the outside towards the overhanging parts, which means you can sear in the middle and pull out to cook and keep warm.
