    MONOLITH Classic PRO-SERIES 2.0 red

    The Monolith Pro 2.0 series is the logical development of ceramic barbecues with many innovations. With the new Smart Grid System, you can now grill with 1/2 grid on 4 levels. At the same time, the use of 1/2 grease collection trays and 1/2 baffle stones allows direct and indirect cooking at the same time.  The new multi-piece fireplace features a stainless steel ash collection system that allows for easy removal of ashes using the included scoop. By dividing the hearth into 5 segments, the stresses in the material are reduced and the formation of cracks is completely excluded. Grilling, cooking at low temperature, smoking, searing... the Monolith Classic from the Pro series masters these tasks perfectly.
