Durch das Fixieren der beiden Korbhälften wird der Inhalt fest eingespannt und direkt über dem offenen Feuer gegart. Dabei trägt der Drehwirbel zu einem gleichmäßigen Garergebnis bei und die Gliederkette, in die der Grillkorb eingehängt werden kann, ermöglicht dir eine nahezu stufenlose Temperaturregulierung. Durch die insgesamt 8 Einhängeösen profitierst du von einer 360°-Bräune. So wird das rustikale Brathähnchen-Grillen bei voller Flammenkraft zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis mit großem Erfolg: Die Haut wird rundum knusprig und das Fleisch besonders zart und aromatisch.
Das Prinzip des Geflügel-Grillkorbs folgt dem Beispiel des Slow Food Cooking, bei dem Speisen für einen schonenden Garvorgang über einen längeren Zeitraum konstante Temperaturen erfahren.
